The hotel's location is fabulous, with a great ocean view and right across from the beach, making it super convenient for all activities. The rooms, while comfortable and conveniently located across from the pool and bar/restaurant, are small and haven't seen updates in years. The service stands out as very friendly and helpful, and the staff even went the extra mile for our anniversary. The dining experience was excellent, being one of the reasons we'll return, but the organic vegetables were not up to par. Overall, a great location offering friendly service and a fantastic dining experience.

The hotel is situated perfectly, just across from the beach and a short stroll to the Washington Street pedestrian mall. The rooms were spacious, reasonably comfy, and clean, but more reminiscent of a two-star hotel. The staff were very nice and welcoming, although the bedding and overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The bathroom was cramped and damaged, the bed uncomfortable, and the pillows old.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although simple, had everything we needed and a nice balcony with a view. However, it felt a little small for our group of 2 adults and 1 child. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being very attentive and professional, while others seemed unaware or busy socializing. The location was excellent, right across from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Dining was a fantastic plus, and the wood-fired pizza was a real delight.
